Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at solefysupport@gmail.com with:

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Lost Packages
Solefy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
