Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping may take longer due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Solefy is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
